Hello, I’m Dr. Megan Johnson, a clinical psychologist dedicated to helping individuals and families navigate mental health challenges. My background in research at UC Berkeley focused on the impact of stress on well-being, shaping my expertise in evidence-based interventions. I specialize in Disruptive Behavior Disorders (ADHD, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, Conduct Disorder), Anxiety, and Depression, offering remote therapy and in-person neuropsychological assessments for children and adults across the Bay Area. My goal is to provide personalized, research-driven support that fosters resilience, emotional well-being, and growth. In addition to therapy and assessments, I provide Behavioral Parent Training (BPT) for disruptive behavior disorders, equipping parents with evidence-based strategies to manage challenging behaviors, improve family dynamics, and support their child’s development.
